PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PARENTING DI RAUDHATUL ATHFAL PERMATA ASSHOLIHIN

Program <em>parenting</em> merupakan suatu bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menyelaraskan pengasuhan dan pendidikan anak di sekolah rumah. <em>parenting </em>penting didapatkan orang tua guna menambah pengetahuan terkait sesuai dengan pertumbuhan perkembangan usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan proses pelaksanaan program dimulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisa triangulasi teknik. Subjek berjumlah 5 terdiri 1 kepala sekolah, 2 guru, murid. Berdasarkan hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa progam </em>terdiri dari: 1. Persiapan membuat perencanan dibuat oleh membentuk kepanitiaan. 2. Pelaksanaan </em>yang dilaksanakan yaitu seminar, hari konsultasi tua, <em>field trip</em>, pertemuan rutin sebulan sekali (<em>parenting</em>), </em>melalui aplikasi grup <em>whatsapp </em>diadakan sekali; 3. Evaluasi melalui percakapan antara guru membahas mengenai narasumber, materi serta kegiatan.
